Matt Schaumburger had no trouble finding the scoresheet, adding 2 goals and George Hansen contributed with 2 points (1 goal, 1 assist).
During the first, Thornton opened the scoring for Metro with what turned out to be the game winning goal at 4:11 with helpers from teammates Gierman and Bruce. Hansen netted a goal at 12:16 with assists from Momot and Inger.
In the second period, Davis scored a goal at 3:26 with helpers from Gierman and Cinato. Alafriz quickly followed with a goal at 4:59 with an assist from defenseman Flannery. Schaumburger put in a goal at 7:21 with helpers from his linemates, Inger and Sawyer. Momot deposited a goal at 13:24 with assists from Hansen and Thornton. Schaumburger scored a goal at 17:36 with a helper from fellow Jets forward Stawinski.
